What Will A Coach Do? A coach will use assessment tools and other resources to help individuals better understand their talents, styles, and challenges. While coaches provide feedback and an objective perspective, clients are in charge. They set the goals and set the pace to produce the results they desire. Coaches are not “friends”. The executive coach listens, analyzes, and reframes communications to promote deep reflection and understanding necessary to make substantive progress toward professional goals. In selecting a coach, rapport or “fit” is critical. Most often, a conversation with a perspective coach will determine if you have trust and comfort with the relationship. Please contact us to discuss how we can help you clarify and achieve your career goals. ![]() |
