Margaret has over 35 years of experience as a teacher and counselor with an international clientele, nonprofit administrator, development officer, and volunteer board member serving a wide variety of organizations. She is a popular, dynamic, and effective speaker for nonprofit professionals, associations, and policymakers. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and nationally certified in human resources.

Michael has over thirty years of experience in corporate and government public policy, management, and administration. He is an expert on nonprofit governance and fundraising issues. He has been featured in media including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, CNN, Fox News, Washington Post, FierceHealthCare, The Chronicle of Philanthropy, and The Nonprofit Quarterly. He has served as an editorial advisory board member and contributor to The Nonprofit Quarterly, with more than 400 articles and features published from 2012 to 2019.
